Seconded International Staff
Where individuals or families from a church feel called and have the right skills, we may be able to organise and support those people who would like to work within a field community for 2 to 5 years. This has proved to be one of the most rewarding and powerful aspects of building the relationships. We currently have six seconded staff members stationed across four of the countries in which we work.
The nature of the work and involvement has been very varied and is tailored to the requirements of the community and the gifting of those who want to serve in this way. For those interested in joining us as a seconded staff members please see our current vacancies list for more information
