Maisha Bora

Food for the Hungry have been at work alongside the Kenyan village of Maisha Bora since October 2008.

Through support received from UK schools, supporters and trusts we are raising funds to finance a long term development programme within this desperately poor village.

The programme's focus is on 350 orphaned and vulnerable children with the aim of equipping the community with the skills and confidence to meet the basic needs of these children for themselves .
